Farmer’s Wife Sampler Quilt Blocks 108 and 40

This week I thought I would challenge myself by attempting some of the semi hard blocks for the Farmer’s Wife Sampler quilt.  The blocks I completed this week are Block 108 Windmill and Block 40 Friendship Block.  I already had 108 ready to go so I finished that off but this time took care in aligning the points.  I took my time with Block 108 and found it was easier than I thought.

These blocks were made using Carol Doaks Foundation Paper purchased at Book Depository.
